Deeply Rooted in the Community

Modern Roots Realty Group is deeply rooted in the community. We choose to engage, support and give back to the very community that engages, supports and gives to us. We want to leave a legacy of kindness and community and try to find ways, both big and small, to create an imprint now and for the future.

Our name - Modern Roots Realty Group - indicates how rooted and how deeply our roots run in our community. Our Team Founders and Leaders were both born and raised in this communtiy and have continued to live and serve here. Several members of our team have been born and raised here as well and chose a team that wants to be rooted in the community. The rest of our team came to this community decades ago and chose it as home. We have raised our family here and want to give back to the very place that let us call it home. 

We mean it when we say that we are here for you - whether your roots need to be pulled or planted. We know how important being rooted in a community is and we want to help others find and plant their roots. It is about belonging. It is about creating a home and a sense of community with each other. It's about choosing kindness and community over competition and realizing that life is all about relationship.

One of the ways we create community is to give back to our community in both service and support. Right now we are sponsoring a Back to School School Supply Drive for Austin Angels. We are accepting donations throughout the rest of the week and those donations can be dropped off at the Realty One Group Prosper office in Buda.

Austin Angels is a local non profit that has grown nationally and is an organization that walks alongside foster families in love and support in so many ways from monthly Love Boxes, fundraising, mentoring, babysitting, education, camps, and events. 

Modern Roots Realty Group will be delivering school supply donations to Austin Angels and volunteering at their Back to School Event on Saturday, August 6th.
